Objective
Design a visually appealing website for a bakery, with a focus on creating a welcoming homepage that showcases the bakery's unique offerings and warm ambiance. The menu pages will feature mouthwatering images of freshly baked goods, organized in a user-friendly format for easy navigation and ordering.
Process
To showcase the elegant yet approachable atmosphere of Butter, I decided to implement a colour scheme that balances elegance with a friendly feel. The combination of dark blue and cream hues achieves this perfect blend. Additionally, the layout features multiple galleries throughout the main page, showcasing images of the venue and its products, such as coffee and pastries. On the menu page, I maintained the cohesive look by presenting menu items in a grid, where the image is the primary focus. At the bottom, social media feeds are always visible, encouraging audience engagement and interaction
